Administrators

Licensed Nursing Home Administrator with three or more years of experience in a not-for-profit or for-profit facility anywhere in the U.S.

Must have proven leadership skills and survey preparedness knowledge. Must have financial knowledge of the long-term care industry to maximize the facility’s potential from marketing, census mix, Federal/State programs reimbursement, and Accounts Receivable management. Must possess excellent people skills to meet the challenges of employees, residents, families, and the personality of the company.

Directors of Nursing

Position requires a licensed Registered Nurse with a minimum of three years of experience in the long-term care industry. Individuals must have a proven track record as a Director of Nursing or related fields in the long-term care industry. Excellent clinical skills required. Leadership skills including managing many facets of a nursing home to provide positive outcomes must be verified through references. Excellent people skills to communicate effectively with employees, residents, families, other department managers, and corporate resources are imperative for the successful candidate.

MDS Coordinators

Licensed LPN or R.N. with a minimum of two years of experience completing the MINIMUM DATA SET for a facility with Medicare/Medicaid residents. Must be able to conduct and coordinate the development and completion of the resident assessment MDS in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines that govern the resident assessment, including the implementation of RAPs and Triggers. RAC-CT certification is preferred. Must be able to work independently with excellent clinical assessment skills. Must be detailed oriented with the ability to review a chart, interview the resident, and discuss with line staff the needs of a resident to provide an accurate description of the resident. Must have excellent leadership skills to facilitate and implement the plan care committee successfully.

Social Workers

Must possess a Bachelor of Social Work/Master of Social Work from an accredited college or a degree in social/psychological studies with a minimum of two years of experience in the long-term care industry. This position is an advocate position for the residents with the ability to assess residents and provide the needed psychosocial intervention to maintain their highest potential while residing in a long-term care facility. This position requires an ability to multi-task from social history assessments, MDS completion, care planning, and daily intervention of psychosocial interventions to discharge planning. Many facilities also require this position to complete the admission process.

Certified Dietary Manager

The position requires an Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition or Dietetics OR have acquired a Certified Dietary Manager certificate with one year in the long-term care industry. Areas of responsibility include for the food service department to be operated in a manner meeting all state/federal regulations, completion of the dietary portion of MDS, as well as intervening and directing all food service department employees.

Consultants

To qualify for a consultant position, you must have at least two years of experience as a consultant with successful background experience in your prospective area of expertise. All consultant positions are required to give three references from satisfied customers.
